NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the
customers of the Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan District No. 1 and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan District No. 1 may fix a one-time administrative fee per lot within the District’s water service area at an open public meeting to be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, via virtual link:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may
appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding such proposed action. Information regarding the District’s rates, fees and charges may be obtained from Circuit Rider of Colorado, PO Box 359, Littleton, Colorado, 80160, telephone number 303-482-1002, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
