THIS NOTICE IS BEING PROVIDED TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF HB 23-1105 AS TO THE CREATION OF A STATEWIDE HOMEOWNERS RIGHTS TASK FORCE AND A STATEWIDE METROPOLITIAN DISTRICT RIGHTS TASK FORCE.
Pursuant to House Bill 23-1105, these statewide task forces are to be created by August 1, 2023, to examine issues regarding owners’ rights and to perform other duties as noted in the new law. Each homeowner association and metropolitan district in Colorado is required to notify all owners or members about the creation of this task force.

Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan District No. 1 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
